Luxury 1BR at Address Opera, Downtown Dubai

Udany Positive: Bardzo ładny i nowoczesny apartament , świetna lokalizacja - przy samym burj khalifa ( basen na tarasie z widokiem na BK ). Budynek i lobby robią wrażenie. Na dole restauracja w widokiem na BK ! Bardzo miły host

The location was amazing and the flat itself was nice but there was a cleanliness issue. Positive: Location was great. Negative: Some of the liven did not smell fresh; as if they had been used before; in particular the pillow case smelled used and one of the bath towels had make- up stains all over. There was no bath mat and no hand towel. The shower head had only a third of its holes working. All the water was splashing outside on the floor. The make-up desk near cupboards was dirty and oily. The living room sofa was all stained which did not make us want to sit there. We were expected to throw the garbage upon leaving the flat, but no info was provided on where the bins were.

Séjour très agréable, parfait si les photos de la réservation avaient été respectées. Positive: L'endroit est vraiment idéal Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. L'établissement est extrêmement propre. Negative: Les photos de l'appartement ne sont pas conformes. Le balcon n'est pas disponible tel qu'indiqué lors de la réservation et sur les photos. Aucune perspective sur le Borj Khalifa Comme spécifié lors de la réservation, il n'y a pas de produits d'hygiène disponibles. Il y a une odeur désagréable provenant des égouts dans le salon.
