Luxury 4BR at FIVE Palm – Private Pool & Beach

Overall good. Apartment just needs more cleaning Positive: Beautiful place Negative: The level of cleanliness in the apartment. Specific apartment needs more dusting and thorough clean before guests arrive

Shitty Positive: Nothing at all, very bad scam won't advice anyone specially with family to fall for it. the apartment was dirty, curtins not closing so everyone in public swimming pool can see you leteraly. the indoor swiming pool is dirty not functioning. when tried to contact the hotel guess what they said?? Sorry this is not our apartment it belongs to private owner !!! WTF Negative: everything was bad, next day i moved to other hotel with my family

Fake FIVE by provate host with false information and non kept promises Positive: Location is great but the Room was not managed by Five, it was a private Host which totally didnt meet expectations. No BBQ as advertised, broken curtains and overall place a bit rundown - including limited kitchen utensils. Pool area could be nicer (not very well maintained). Only positive was size of room and integration into the Five Palm complex Negative: Host promised a refund/discount of 10% which we are still waiting for after several follow ups. Avoid private hosts and insist on Five Hotel managed rooms when you book on bookings (very misleading)

Good choice Positive: Very spacious, decoration is decent, Negative: The daily cleaning service is with a high fee. Moreover even though asked 4 times we couldnt manage to recieve extra towels. No espresso machine.
