Luxury Five Palm 2BR with Burj Views

We’ve had a great staycation with family, love the pool and the beach and the amenities, we will come back again. Positive: We had a great staycation, the room we booked was big and comfortable and accessible to all amenities. The staff and Ramy are very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back again and recommend to all my friends. Negative: The pool access was a little bit late in the morning around 9:30, but just a suggestion maybe you can give early access to the pool like 7am to the guest so the kids can still enjoy in the next day activities before the check out at 11am.

It was OK! :-) Positive: I liked the space in the room& cleanliness! Negative: Furnitures and electrical equipment were placed unorganized. Our balcony view was meh. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful!

Excellent hotel Positive: Excellent property had 3 kids with me they loved it everything was spot on from the rooms to food beach area and pool all top notch. If need anything can just WhatsApp staff and they get it sorted. Negative: Can’t fault anything
