Elegant home, never again!
Positive: Unfortunately, not much.
Negative: I booked an apartment advertised as 204 square meters, which is not accurate. After a lengthy discussion with the manager of Elegant Home, I decided to stay. The door had holes and wasn't properly framed. The wardrobes had no drawers. To top it all off, water started dripping from the ceiling in the master bedroom. I then moved to the smaller bedroom, where I discovered mold. All I got for these problems were excuses; there was no apology or attempt at compensation. It was an absolute nightmare; I've never experienced such treatment.
