i don't recommend it. i paid for 2 nights but i couldn't STAY WITHOUT AC (AIR CONDITION) Positive: property management are non professional, and they took my money without staying there. Negative: In fact i booked 2 nights but i didn't stay there cause there was no AC, imagine In June 2026 in DUBAI bedrooms without AC, when i called them to fix it they said sorry we cant fix it so we will return back Ur money, when i start doing a follow up with them they told me to do the steps of the procedure for refunding my money, then later they told me sorry we cant refund back Ur money, i have a proof for every single word from them to refund back my money) not only texts also they guy who gave us the keys told us yes we will refund ur money, but unfortunately they didn't. after making follow up with Booking.com they accept to return back around 25% from my total amount. booking.com was super helpful but unfortunately they cant do anything as long as the property management didn't refund back the money. so all the properties under name ( ELEGANT HOMES ) ARE NOT RECOMMENDED. i tried to call Consumer right, they told me because the booking was thru booking.com we cant help. but if it was directly with ELEGANT HOMES YES THEY CAN GET BACK MY RIGHT FROM THEM,

The staff are warm and welcoming, with one of Dubai’s finest views. That said, the property has clear potential that’s b Positive: The palm view is breathtaking, good building and amenities Negative: Property needs maintenance, flickering lights, dirty couches and broken furnitures

Positive: I had a really good stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The customer service was also excellent — very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. Everything went smoothly, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Super Aussicht auf die PALM Positive: Alles Super , Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht und super Austattung ! Negative: - Leider hat die Klimaanlage bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert, in den letzten beiden Räumen, dafür haben wir aber einen Late Check Out erhalten , der zu unserem Flug passte.
